How we build them.
Every cabin is built and finished in our Bell Block workshop, then delivered to you. We don't build on site.
- 01 — Chassis
A welded galvanised steel box-section base in NZ Duro Galv steel,, with steel skids and lifting points.
- 02 — Panel
75 mm EPS panel goes up for the walls and roof. Fully insulated, every build, unless a listing clearly says otherwise.
- 03 — Joinery
Double-glazed joinery — a ranch slider and windows, sized to the cabin.
- 04 — Fit-out
Expol R1.8 underfloor, carpet or vinyl lino, power points, indoor and outdoor lights, and an RCBO-protected board with a caravan plug. Bare, or fitted out with a kitchenette and bathroom.
- 05 — Lift
Off the workshop floor and onto the truck by hiab, using the lifting points in the chassis.
- 06 — Delivered
We handle everything from foundations to transportation. Transport is quoted separately unless a listing clearly states otherwise — and we are happy to arrange it for you.
Warranty
Three-year workmanship guarantee.
A 3-year workmanship guarantee on all new builds, plus manufacturers' warranties on everything else. Happy to discuss.
